These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by MecHet Solutions (“MHS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website or by direct engagement.

1. Services Offered

MHS provides:

• Engineering design services

• 3D prototyping and CAD solutions

• Digital products (eBooks, courses, etc.)

• Consultancy and custom design projects

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information, respect intellectual property rights, and use our platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Payments and Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. Full payment must be made before digital deliverables are shared. Payment gateways used (e.g., Razorpay) are secure and third-party managed.

4. Refund Policy

MecHet Solutions offers a 7-day refund policy for custom design services as outlined in the signed design agreement. If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables, you may request a refund within 7 days of project initiation, subject to approval.
No refunds will be provided after this period or for completed and delivered work.
Refunds for digital products (eBooks, courses, etc.) are not applicable unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials developed by MHS remain the intellectual property of MecHet Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

MHS is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if there is abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
