Welcome to MecHet Solutions (MHS). This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver our digital services to clients across India and internationally.

Nature of Services

MecHet Solutions offers:

  • CAD design and drafting

  • Engineering simulation reports

  • 3D modeling and rendering

  • Technical documentation

  • Custom design consultancy

All services are digitally delivered. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly mentioned.

Domestic Service Delivery (India)

Delivery Method:

  • All services are delivered via email, cloud storage links (Google Drive, OneDrive, or MHS Portal), or through client dashboard access.

  • Upon completion, deliverables are sent to your registered email ID.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Timelines vary based on project complexity and will be clearly communicated in your project confirmation email.

  • Minor design tasks: 2-7 business days depending upon the complexity

  • Full projects: 4–21 business days depending upon the complexity

Invoicing:

  • GST-compliant invoice is provided for every project.

  • Domestic payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, or other listed gateways.

International Service Delivery:

We serve clients in:

  • North America

  • Europe

  • Middle East

  • Southeast Asia

  • Australia

  • Africa

Delivery Method:

  • Digital delivery via email or secured cloud drive link.

  • Time-zone aligned communication and milestone tracking.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Minor tasks: 2–7 business days

  • Large projects: 4–21 business days (based on scope and revisions)

Payment & Currency:

  • Payments are accepted in the available currencies of PayPal and Razorpay (around 100+)

  • Supported gateways: PayPal, Razorpay International.

Invoicing & Tax:

  • International invoices are raised without GST (zero-rated export of service under Indian GST).

  • Clients may be liable for local import service taxes, if applicable (handled on client’s side).

Revision & Re-delivery

We offer limited rounds of revision as mentioned in your service agreement. Revised files are delivered through the same channel as original deliverables. Additional revisions beyond scope may be charged separately.

Non-Delivery Situations

  • If you do not receive deliverables within the committed timeframe, contact us at info@mechetsolutions.com.

  • Please ensure email inbox storage is sufficient and check spam/junk folders if needed.
