Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MecHet Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality engineering design and digital services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested before the project has started and before any unique payment code is generated.

  • Once the project begins or a payment code is used, the service is considered non-cancellable.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@mechetsolutions.com along with the client name and project code.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of project confirmation, only if no significant design work has been delivered.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed work, delivered digital assets, or downloadable products like eBooks and templates.

  • Refunds will only be approved if the delivered service fails to meet the specifications mentioned in the agreement.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Clients will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

  • Project codes and payment references must be retained for verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after project initiation.

  • Failure to provide timely input or approval.

  • Use of one-time payment code.

  • Custom service agreements or express delivery charges.
