Cancellation & Refund Policy
At MecHet Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality engineering design and digital services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.
1. Service Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested before the project has started and before any unique payment code is generated.
Once the project begins or a payment code is used, the service is considered non-cancellable.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@mechetsolutions.com along with the client name and project code.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of project confirmation, only if no significant design work has been delivered.
Refunds are not applicable for completed work, delivered digital assets, or downloadable products like eBooks and templates.
Refunds will only be approved if the delivered service fails to meet the specifications mentioned in the agreement.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Clients will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
Project codes and payment references must be retained for verification.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after project initiation.
Failure to provide timely input or approval.
Use of one-time payment code.
Custom service agreements or express delivery charges.
